food products as the population of the world grows. However, the increase in
global demand can lead to a decrease in the availability of food production in

economic development and agricultural system.

For some
countries, there are some that who have sufficient food security. However, the
resulting food production is often far away from the nutrients that should be
present in their food. Which cause children in some countries has malnutrition
or even can be called malnutrition. Lack of nutrition will cause some health
problems for children such as increased their risk of impaired cognitive
abilities, weakened performance at school, and dying from infections. And at
the same time, various forms of malnutrition are still cause for concern




In solving global humanitarian
problems, it takes the activeness of global countries and societies to jointly
build and realize a better world. A key point in solving this problem, in
addition to the active role of the global community, needs to be an active role
of international institutions and organizations. In the implementation of
international organizations play a very important role. In dealing with these
food securities and nutrition issues, international organizations such as
United Nation have an active role in handling this matter. Such as handling
programs are made to solve this problem. And also on food and nutrition
security is is inserted in agenda on sustainable development goals (SDG) by end
hunger, achieve food security and improve nutritions and promote sustainable

access by all people, in particular the poor and people in vulnerable
situations including infants, to safe, nutritious and sufficient food all year

2.2 by 2030 end all forms of
malnutrition, including achieving by 2025 the internationally agreed targets on
stunting and wasting in children under five years of age, and address the
nutritional needs of adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating women, and older

2.3 by 2030 double the
agricultural productivity and the incomes of small-scale food producers,
particularly women, indigenous peoples, family farmers, pastoralists and
fishers, including through secure and equal access to land, other productive
resources and inputs, knowledge, financial services, markets, and opportunities
for value addition and non-farm employment

2.4 by 2030 ensure sustainable
food production systems and implement resilient agricultural practices that
increase productivity and production, that help maintain ecosystems, that
strengthen capacity for adaptation to climate change, extreme weather, drought,
flooding and other disasters, and that progressively improve land and soil

2.5 by 2020 maintain genetic
diversity of seeds, cultivated plants, farmed and domesticated animals and
their related wild species, including through soundly managed and diversified
seed and plant banks at national, regional and international levels, and ensure
access to and fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from the
utilization of genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge as
internationally agreed.


From what has been stated in the
goals that will be achieved in sustainable development goals, it appears that
international organizations are highly influential in global development. International
organizations can serve as a forum for countries to be able to make influential
state decisions in helping to realize sustainable development goals. The role
that an international organization can run by ensuring the future of the world
and humanity better in the future and improving the quality of life of people
around the world, both present and future generations, without exploiting the
use of natural resources beyond the capacity and carrying capacity of the

the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development in the sector food and nutrition security,
there are several key message that been promoted that is Food and Agriculture

separately. The second message is we can end hunger in 2030, campaigning the
agenda of sustainable development goals in alleviating poverty and hunger by
working directly with the government of a country, involving business group

The action that taken collectively among
the nation in realizing these goals, should also give a positive impact on the
environment of the global community. In the development of health through food

economic development, because the economic banners have a two-way relationship
with health development on a global scale. Economic development will directly
affect the health of the human population, but the health of the population
will also affect economic development. Health is a highly influential and
indispensable resource for economic development at regional and international

done together to achieve goals in food and nutrition security, may strengthen
food production systems in both regional and international sectors. By
strengthening the production system, it will decrease the possibility of stock
prices and reduced stock in the food production market. Then, use the power of
young people globally. Young people have good spirit and potential for a
large-scale project. Young people are able to invite and raise the awareness of
global community to know about international issues about the sustainable
development goals especially in the food and nutrition security.


As has been described, in the world the
level of hunger increases every year, it is necessary for the youths’ role to
raise awareness of other young people in the country where there are people who
are still in a difficult situation to access food. With this awareness-raising
campaign, it is hoped that it will help to decrease the number of hunger
globally, which continues to increase as the country’s population grows.
