For for 3- 5 students were finding that course

For my intervention Plan, I picked the math scores for 3- 5 students were finding that course work hard, and or maybe the coursework Measurable goalMy measurable goal is to improve the boy’s scores to 5% so that they reach up to the girls. Professional Learning CommunitiesPLC’s are get to know their team members we had. As a team, we discuss if there have been improvements in students’ scores. This is when the team leader goes around by The use of PLC’S is to make sure difficulty learning the team will come up with a plan to help them such as staying after school for tutoring if the teacher is okay with this if they cannot Professional Learning Communities RespondThe ways in which PCL’s respond to the achievement gap is, we first would go into detail about what strategies we talked about and when the teacher used them, what were the results of the students. By looking at the behavior of the students, need to see if it is too difficult for them, and or maybe the strategy does not work for that student. The second factor could be the curriculum some students have a hard time understanding the way to do a math problem one way, they may need to to find this out would be for the teacher to ask the students to solve the problem and see if they make that same mistake with the number and if they do that may be the it over with them, you can only remind them. discusses how the brains of boy’s work, their brain has spatial-mechanical strengths, whereas compared to the girls, they students may need to take breaks in school during tests because they brain may need a Professional Learning Communities Technology Tool To Improve Achievement Gap.One tool that I found online for teachers and team members to sue to collaborate outside of face to face meetings is two about student scores, for some teachers who cannot come to work due to medical leave, and or maybe their child is sick, they can chat with the team, and not miss out on any information. Description Of Each interventionThe First Intervention is using Tier 1, 2, 3, I would have my lowest 4th-grade students in Tier 3 which would be the Latino boys, the Asian Boys would be in Tier 2, and the white students Tier 1. My Tier 3 students will work on math skills with me, the para-professional and a math specialist for 30 minutes twice a week. I would work with these students during learning centers I would have games such as ace To The Moon, with multiplication factors. I would do it during science I would have the students go with the para to work on some math review. Some of the activities I would do is make flash cards, have the students work the problem out for you, show the students videos on YouTube of people showing how to solve math problems. Tier 2 students I would have Asian boys work with me on math multiplication factors, fraction puzzles, and we would Second InterventionThe second intervention that I would use is movement breaks either in the classroom, and or a para brings the students for a walk, and or the gym to get rid of their anxiety. There is an article that I found called “Activities for Kids: Movement Breaks to Help Kids Stay Alert and Focused” the author discusses how movement breaks helps students stay alert, focused, how they are good for boy’s vestibular system. The vestibular is the sensory system that processes and controls movement (2014). movement that are good are putting music on and shaking your silly’s out.Description Evidence of EffectivenessFirst InterventionIn order for the Tier 1, 2, 3 to work t concept every week. I would test them on every concept after going over it and record my results. As a team leader, I would make sure my team leader and see another strategy. Second InterventionFor the movement breaks I would use behavior intervention logs sheets, and keep track of when they take their breaks, how their behavior is and their scores, to see if there is a change. I would have the math specialist during testing give them a break, and record their behavior when taking a break and then continuing with their testing. In the classroom same thing, I would have myself or the para record behavior during student break and after a break during tests, and or class time.Technology For Each InterventionThe technology that I would use is Chrome books, and I would use these three websites Splash Math, Prodigy, and Symphony Math, and N at home, and or for homework, it gives you the students progress every week. The second one is Symphony math where the students can pick different levels, and the teacher gets a progress report every week, telling real tests, they will only have a certain amount of time to complete it. Second InterventionFor the movement breaks the technology that I would use is YouTube b access to resources and educational workshops or classes. Steps To Implement Each InterventionFirst InterventionThe first intervention I would start off by using it during regular class time by showing the students how to use the programs. I would then have the students go with the math specialists for about 20 minutes, so the students can know what they are going to do with the math specialist. My other students I would start working with them right away during centers, I will have them complete problems that they got low on from the test, and see what errors they are making. Second InterventionI would first introduce the movement breaks to the students, and I would tell them why we are doing it. I would explain that it is exercise before taking the test and have the math specialists give the child a break during the test to see if they notice a difference. We would who cannot sit down for too long and like to stand up, you can place a desk in the front corner with no chair. The second strategy is having a rocking chair for those students who just need to sit in the corner of the room and just need that motion of rocking back and forth for about 5 minutes. stress ball that they can squeeze, and or a bouncy exercise ball they can sit on and bounce up and down. Whenever the students need a break, you can have a sign that they put up that signals to you that they need a break (pg. 109-111). Appropriate Instructional StrategiesI would use hands on strategies such as the NearPod for lessons, this will make students more engaged in learning and feel less bored. I would use many manipulatives, flash card games, Roll dice games, fraction puzzle cards. During centers use math games such as Multiplication array puzzle, fraction race game, area and perimeter game. Some other programs that I would use would be Symphony Math, Prodigy, and Splash Math. Using cards to add, multiply numbers in problems. How I Will Monitor Progress Of The Students.Every week I will look at their progress through the programs that they are using, I will keep their work they do to see the progress. thing, I would record the behavior during How The Intervention Meets Legal And Ethical Guidelines. As a leader you need to have personal courage towards your team, you need to show them this that if you can solve this problem, they can. You need to tell them that you believe in them and that they need courage themselves to solve the issue with their students. As a team leader, you need to always put your staff and students before yourself, especially when it comes to legal matters of the students and your staff. a lower Tier intervention you need to back that teacher up and student so that the teacher gets the respect they deserve, and the child gets what they need to help them improve. This shows your staff a situation arises that you feel one of your staff making decisions. least restrictive environment (IDEA, 2004).Reflection Leadership StyleAs a leader you need to have courage towards your team, you need to show and tell them that they need the same quality as well. This shows your team all ideas are well and that I do not accept any negative energy when people are sharing their ideas. If anyone has anything to say they are welcome to give their ideas, they are no dumb ideas and or a income status, or learning styles. Reflection Presentation The key information that I would discuss in the presentation is first I would start o that we can use. Reflection EngagedThe ways that I would engage the stakeholders would be through my graphs, pictures, and my websites. I would explain to them using my leadership skills I will guide my team to help them improve their students scores through guided instruction, different strategies, and through therapeutic exercises. I would then show the team the exercises and maybe have them try them to see how they feel about them. In ConclusionIn conclusion to improve their students learning. for educators to collaborate with one another to improve not only
