Sex has also played an important role in the issue of discrimination. A clear example to be considered is discrimination against women over the years. Most of the time, they are seen as inferior to men, especially if they belong to a minority group. Gender discrimination is not a new issue because women are sometimes not allowed to work in male-dominated environments. This can be very detrimental to the person, which can lead to a total loss of productivity because it leads to the victim’s loss of motivation and morale to do their job successfully.

Along with discrimination comes harassment and worse for women in the workplace. Sexual harassment is the worst thing a woman should try. In the workplace controlled by men, this situation appears to occur at undesirable times. An example can be when the male approaches a worker and begins to make inappropriate comments about engaging in a relationship or touching. These types of positions make it harder for employees to work and create more tense of working environment.
