Chapter three describes the research methodology and strategy that aims to identify the potential cloud solutions that could be provided to the agricultural sector. Primary data collection and analysis technique were described as information acquisition method. Validity and reliability requirements also identified. In Chapter four, backgrounds of a framework for building the proposed Cloud-based Framework to deliver agriculture as service, the detail subsystem of the proposed cloud-based framework, the architectural components of the proposal for implementing a framework are given.
