Well-being is defined as the state of being comfortable, health or happy; which in turn influences how you feel and how well you cope with day-to-day life. Helping people achieve goals, not by doing the tasks to achieve these goals for them, but by guidance and assistance, therefore giving the individual their own independence. Enabling every person to take part in everyday activities and relationships, no matter their capabilities. Not excluding them from tasks/activities because you feel it would not be suitable for them or you feel that they cannot take part, that it may take up too much of your time or it would be a hindrance to your working day.
